Bellini cocktails, celebrate the perfect harmony of fresh peach puree and crisp Prosecco!

Classic White Peach Bellini

  • Profile: Bubbly, Fruity, Delicate

 

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz White Peach Purée, chilled

    • 4 oz Chilled Prosecco

 

  • Instructions:

    1. Pour the chilled white peach purée into the bottom of a Champagne flute.

    2. Slowly and gently pour the Prosecco over the purée. It will fizz up.

    3. Stir very gently with a long spoon to combine.

  • Purée: 2 oz Raspberry Purée (strained to remove seeds)
