Ingredients:
2 oz White Peach Purée, chilled
4 oz Chilled Prosecco
Instructions:
Pour the chilled white peach purée into the bottom of a Champagne flute.
Slowly and gently pour the Prosecco over the purée. It will fizz up.
Stir very gently with a long spoon to combine.
