Kir Royale Recipes

Experience the magic that happens when the deep, sweet notes of blackcurrant liqueur meet the crisp, effervescent bubbles of fine Champagne.

Kir Royale

  • Ingredients:

    • 0.5 (oz) – Crème de Cassis (blackcurrant liqueur)

    • 4-5 (oz) – Chilled Brut Champagne or other dry sparkling wine

 

  • Instructions:

    1. Pour the crème de cassis into the bottom of a Champagne flute.

    2. Gently top with the chilled Champagne.

    3. Garnish with a fresh raspberry or a lemon twist (optional).
