Discovering the World of Fine Wine
Ingredients:
0.5 (oz) – Crème de Cassis (blackcurrant liqueur)
4-5 (oz) – Chilled Brut Champagne or other dry sparkling wine
Instructions:
Pour the crème de cassis into the bottom of a Champagne flute.
Gently top with the chilled Champagne.
Garnish with a fresh raspberry or a lemon twist (optional).
