Aperol Spritz Recipes

A bittersweet orange, lively Prosecco, and a refreshing splash of soda defines the Aperol Spritz.

Classic Aperol Spritz

  • Profile: Bubbly, Fruity, Delicate

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 oz White Peach Purée, chilled

    • 4 oz Chilled Prosecco

  • Instructions:

    1. Pour the chilled white peach purée into the bottom of a Champagne flute.

    2. Slowly and gently pour the Prosecco over the purée. It will fizz up.

    3. Stir very gently with a long spoon to combine.

Ingredients:

3 – (oz) Prosecco

1.5 – (oz) Aperol

0.5 – (oz) Blanco Tequila

1 – (oz) Soda Water

Garnish: Jalapeño slice and a lime wheel

 

Instructions: Build in an ice-filled glass. Add Prosecco, Aperol, Tequila, and top with soda. Garnish.

Frozen Aperol Spritz

Ingredients:

2 – (oz) Aperol

3 – (oz) Prosecco (pre-frozen into ice cubes)

1 cup Frozen Peaches or Mangoes

Splash of orange juice

 

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately in a chilled glass.

London Spritz
