Profile: Bubbly, Strong, Tart
Ingredients:
1 oz Gin
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
3 oz Chilled Champagne (or other dry sparkling wine)
Lemon Twist for garnish
Instructions: Shake gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne and garnish.
